On behalf of St. Anthony's Medical Center, St. Vincent Health System, and Catholic Health Initiatives, it is my pleasure to welcome you.

Today’s St. Anthony’s is a combination of advanced technology and excellent people dedicated to exceeding the expectations of patients, families, and guests who enter the doors of the medical center or encounter our services each and every day.   

Our commitment to our patients is rooted in four core values – Reverence, Integrity, Compassion and Excellence – and, more importantly, to make them visible to everyone.

St. Anthony’s Medical Center was founded in 1925 by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Scholastica in Fort Smith. The Benedictine Sisters brought with them a selfless devotion to duty, a profound compassion for the suffering of others and an abiding faith in the power of God to heal. At today’s St. Anthony’s, we strive to continue the healing ministry of Christ with compassion and excellence. It is that ministry of healing that inspires us every day to treat the needs of the whole patient – body, mind and spirit.

My personal pledge to you is that the entire staff of St. Anthony's Medical Center will do everything we can to earn your trust.  We are changing, growing, and enhancing for you, the future patient, employee, or guest of St. Anthony’s.
